New to the Agile@Scale?

The training introduces the foundations and provides the principles and practices to drive your Lean-Agile transformation confidently.

Take an Introduction to Agile@Scale course to discover how companies can build business agility and how to make it work inside your organization.

You will learn how Agile@Scale helps you improve quality, productivity, employee engagement, and time-to-market.

You will understand how to align your entire organization around the same clear objectives and improve the flow of value and work from strategy to delivery.

You will learn what makes companies more customer-centric and how to run critical Agile@Scale alignment and planning events, like Cadence planning (PI Planning).

Area of Training :

Leadership, Transformation officers, Change Agent, Team Management, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or any individuals involved in agile transformation

Duration :

1.5 days ( 3 x 3h)

Training goals :

Have a general understanding of what it is and how to prepare for adopting Agile@Scale in the organization.

Ideally shaped for companies who have decided to move into agile@scale, and where you find your area of work and impact.

Training dynamics is focusing mostly on the management part of the approach and ends with the operational one.

Pre-requisite :

Understand agile and program management and the challenges of an agile way of working.
